This note explains what YuvaSathiApp.com does with information when you read the site or write to us. We do not run ads on these pages, and we do not use a separate analytics product.
What you may choose to send
If you use the contact form or email us, you decide what to include. We ask for a name, an email address, and a message so we can reply. Do not include an Aadhaar number, a bank account, a registration number, or a one-time password. If those details arrive anyway, we delete them from the reply thread rather than store them for later.
Ordinary visits
Like most websites, the host may keep a short server log: the page you opened, the time, and the technical address of the connection. That log is for keeping the site running and for spotting faults. We do not sell it.
Cookies
Reading the public pages does not require an account. WordPress may set a cookie if you leave a comment, or if an editor signs in. The contact form also keeps a short marker, for about a minute, so the same visitor cannot send a burst of messages. That marker is not a profile of you.
Fonts
The type on this site is loaded from Google Fonts. Opening a page sends the usual technical request to that service, including the address of the page and the connection address. We do not send them your contact-form message.
Links that leave this site
Buttons that open the government portal take you off YuvaSathiApp.com. From that point, their own notice applies. The same is true if a Download button is later pointed at a file hosted on another HTTPS address.
How we look after messages
Messages sit in the email inbox named on the Contact page. Access is limited to the people who answer mail for this site. No method of email is perfect, so please do not send secrets.
Children
The guide is written for adults dealing with an allowance application. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If a parent or guardian believes a child has written to us, email the address below and we will delete that message.
Changes to this note
If we add a service that actually collects information, such as advertising, we will rewrite this page and change the date at the top. The date you see now is 5 October 2026.
